Taliban will review US policy if assets not restored

The Taliban have said they will reconsider US policy if Afghanistan’s frozen assets are not restored. Inamullah Samangani, the Afghan government’s deputy spokesman, said Afghanistan had nothing to do with the 9/11 attacks. The United States will continue its provocative actions and will reconsider its policy towards the United States. Afghanistan’s assets are being misused in violation of the agreement with the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, he said. Immediate reversal of the decision to distribute Afghanistan’s assets among the 9/11 victims in order to protect relations with the people. The wealth of Afghanistan should be returned unconditionally. Half of the 9/11 victims had announced to jump.
