US Navy engineer admits to trying to sell secrets of nuclear submarines abroad According to the Justice Department, Jonathan sent documents to a foreign government representative in 2012 that contained all the sensitive and classified information and details of the nuclear submarine’s work. The US engineer leaked the stolen information via SD card, hidden in a packet of sandwiches and chewing gum to a foreign government agent who was actually an FBI agent. Jonathan and his wife were arrested four months ago. Jonathan is likely to be sentenced to 12 to 17 years in prison.
