Vegetable Fried Rice

Vegetable Fried Rice

INGREDIENTS

  • Oil½ Cup
  • Egg1, Beaten
  • Peas 1/2 kg
  • Capsicum2 Chopped
  • Carrots2, Chopped
  • Cabbage½ Chopped
  • Rice½ Kg, Soaked & Boiled
  • SaltTo Taste
  • Black Pepper1 Tbsp
  • Soy Sauce2 Tbsp
  • Spring Onion1, Chopped

PREPARATION

  • For rice: add oil in a wok.
  • Now add the beaten egg and fry.
  • Add capsicum,peas, carrots, and cabbage and mix well.
  • Add boiled rice and mix again.
  • Now add salt, black pepper, and soy sauce.
  • Mix them well and add spring onions on top.
